Cancellation Policy
Policies & Guidelines Rescheduling & Cancellation Reschedule up to 24 hours before. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Service Area & Same-Day Bookings We serve only within 10 miles of 1575 Pine Ridge Rd. Out-of-area bookings will be cancelled and fully refunded. For same-day bookings, we reserve the right to review and cancel/refund immediately if the schedule or location cannot be accommodated. Space & Setup Provide a quiet, clear space of about 8x10 ft, with access to an electrical outlet if needed. Access & Late Arrival Provide gate codes/instructions in advance. No-show or no-access after 15 minutes = cancelled with no refund. Health Disclosure Disclose medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy at booking. Physician clearance may be required. Right to Refuse Service We may end the session without refund if the environment is unsafe, inappropriate, or client is intoxicated.
