Cancellation Policy
Studio Massage Booking Policy 1. Deposit & Payment A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is applied toward your total service price. The remaining balance is due at your appointment. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a full deposit refund or transfer your deposit to a new appointment. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, your $50 deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit is required to book another appointment. 3. Same-Day Bookings Same-day bookings require a $50 deposit and are subject to availability. Once confirmed, your deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred if you cancel or reschedule. 4. Arrival, Late Arrivals & No-Shows Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may receive a shorter session at the full service price. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to cancel your appointment, and your $50 deposit will be forfeited. If you do not attend your appointment, your $50 deposit will be forfeited. 5. Health Information Please disclose any medical conditions, injuries, recent surgeries, or pregnancy when booking, and inform us of any changes before your session. Medical clearance may be required. If you become ill before your appointment, please contact us promptly to discuss whether your session should be rescheduled. 6. Professional Conduct & Safety We provide professional, non-sexual massage services only. We may refuse or end a session if there is harassment, sexual behavior or requests, unsafe conduct, or intoxication that prevents safe treatment. In these cases, your deposit will not be refunded. 7. Cancellations by the Studio If we cannot accommodate your booking or need to cancel your appointment, you may choose a full deposit refund or transfer your deposit to a new appointment.
