Cancellation Policy
Policies & Guidelines 1. Rescheduling & Cancellation Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. 2. Service Area & Same-Day Bookings Mobile service is available within 10 miles of ZIP code 34109. Bookings outside the service area will be cancelled and fully refunded. Same-day appointments are subject to availability and location approval. 3. Space & Setup Please provide a quiet, clear space of approximately 8 × 10 feet, with access to an electrical outlet if needed. 4. Access & Arrival Please provide parking details, gate codes, and entry instructions in advance. If I cannot access the location within 15 minutes of the appointment time, the appointment will be cancelled without a refund. 5. Health Disclosure Please disclose all medical conditions, injuries, allergies, and pregnancy when booking. Medical clearance may be required before treatment. 6. Right to Refuse Service Service may be refused or ended without a refund if the environment is unsafe or inappropriate, or if the client is intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.
